Anyone who issues an Upgrade is Biased

Everyone who owns shares in a stock - brokerage
firms, institutions, mutual funds, and individual
investors - want their stocks to go up. Riley is
no different.

Watching the tv news and discussions about internet
stocks, one person on CNBC today said that what
is happening is that the individual investors are
now buying first, leaving the institutions in the
dust
and so when the mm's see volume and internet - they
start accumulating so they don't get left behind.
After the biggies have accumulated - they issue
an upgrade.

How much is a membership at SI these days?
Well worth the investment.
