MG, Remember the post Mary made a couple of weeks ago about the
Small Mutual Fund that was talking about investing in MDIX if
they would kill the Banyan deal! Maybe there was something to
that!! I would rather see MDIX keep some of it's assets right
now and receive funds from a Mutual Fund.

I have a question for anyone that might know the answer. I know
in January the MDIX Board of Directors presented a Reverse Split
Proposal to the Shareholders to vote on. I have no experience
with Reverse Splits... is this something usually voted on or can
the Board make that decision? I would assume under these
circumstances the Board could decide.. just wondering.

The Clock is ticking... a rabbit needs to be pulled out of the
hat soon.
