<Does anyone know of a listing of y2k compliant publicly traded stocks that is updated regularly?>

None exists ... and doubt that you'll ever see one ... until it's too late to do much good. NO company has stated they are fully Y2K compliant. Even if such a company did exist, there is an inter-dependency upon suppliers and others they do business with. So no attorney in his right mind would allow any company to make a "we are Y2K fully compliant" statement.

SEC's tried to get publicly-traded companies to be forthcoming on Y2K disclosures. But most of 10K's have been boiler-plate stuff that has no substance. There have been recent subcommittee hearings on this. Govt, FED's and SEC have not been happy with what they got in those 10K's. SEC's gonna get more hard-nosed. Bob Bennett's committee has been applying a lot of pressure.

Good luck,

Cheryl
