drdan, I hate to bother you like this. I know that you are probably far to often asked for medical advice on the Q-T (under the table). Anyway, I have this problem and I think I already know what the cure is; I'm just not looking forward to it. My problem is consistent head aches followed by painful constipation. This happens about three or four times a day, and usually lasts three or four threads long. My thought is that it is not my head at all, but sympathy pains that my head is feeling for my butt. I suppose that the cause is the intake of to many threads without fiber (Forthright no-flavor-bars,and far to much Shell food). Well like I said I think I know the cure. Enema, right? I don't know how else to get rid of this crap.

T

P.S. Help me change my thread intake so I can be a regular again.

Dr. Dan, I just got off the phone with Dr. Drees. I asked him to explain the surfactant issue to me one more time. He said that the surfactant is actually known as a wetting agent that binds the PHER-02 together in small particles so that it doesn't bind together in a clotting action. I believe that is what you have been saying in your descriptions using the balloon theory. I asked him if it was a coating and he said that it is mixed with the PHER-02 and becomes part of the emulsion and not a coating. I asked him if it helps to oxygenate the PHER-02 as I thought he had told me before. He said that is a common misunderstanding in non medical people. The surfactant keeps the emulsion in small particles and by being in small particles the PHER-02 is able to pick up and transport more oxygen to the body. He also told me that their surfactant is a fluorinated surfactant which creates a stronger bond that allows the particles to remain more discreet from on another again allowing a higher concentration of oxygen to be transported through the body. He also stated that the surfactant is a key issue because if you don't use the right surfactant then you will get clotting that can kill or damage people. The wrong surfactant, such as bromide, which has been tried by one other possible competitor is actually toxic by itself. The surfactant is the carrying agent for the PHER-02 and if you don't have the right carrying agent you will have clotting or toxic reactions to the surfactant. So even though the PHER-02 is the most important part of the product if you don't have the right surfactant to carry it through out the body then the product won't work.
