Alien, Put yourself in Wilson's shoes. Hindsight is 20/20. The only complaint I have was/is the absolutely piss poor PR Vivus demonstrated over the past 6 months--it was basically non-existent. So a strong domestic partner can change all that in a hurry. If Vivus does not announce a deal within 2 weeks then I will be disappointed to say the least. There is a window of opportunity right now as the safety and necesity of Viagra is seriously questioned by the media, the public, the insurance companies, and the medical community. I say that if this deal is negotiated quickly and prudently then Vivus will be on the way to a rapid recovery--if not then the share price will continue to linger in the 5 to 8 dollar range.
