I'd bet that the NM will take up the challenge and start to sniff around for some facts to do another article. They have egos too - and have been thinking about MGR for some time.

No indication of repentance over the article on MGR so far.

Special report on Asia in the center section pages 11-15. An article on Java Gold which also has its share of problems with its plant in Mongolia (p.15)

It appears that the Mongolia government is going to grandfather JAVA to either no/very low taxation vs. new mining firms who want to explore Mongolia. This will be important to firms who will buy or co-develop with JAVA and have this tax advantage transferred to them.
