The basic question is whether or not MUSE is a viable product that can be sold at a profit. I'm with PW in the belief that it can. The talks with marketing partners will give some big names a very close look at this company. This kind of scrutiny could be the catalyst to trigger a serious buyer. If a buyout doesn't happen, it should be a profitable Q3. It may drop some tomorrow, but the lack any new negative news should cause the stock to work it's way back up during the next 3 months. Positive news will drive it even further. Bargain hunters and speculators will be bottom fishing tomorrow.

On the front of your "Hitchiker's Guide to the Universe", it reads, "DON'T PANIC".

Lee and crew have learned to tip off Wall Street in advance. Charles O at PW undoubtedly knew these numbers when he gave the upgrade.

What do I see, I see 10 million in overseas sales per quarter that could easily double or triple by the end of the year. I see one time charges and notes already in advance of decreased marketing expenses in the US. And I see decreasing manufacturing costs to cope with lower sales prices.

And I see countries with one-payer health systems will be happy to not approve Viagra as "dangerous" (to their budget) but to allow MUSE because they know it won't be abused or more importantly, overused.

I have my shares at 8 3/8 and I'm comfortable with what I see for the next six months in VVUS, the next few days will be shaky, but I think for most of the institutional investors, they will feel this is the bottom.

Or I could be totally wrong.
