Robert, thanks and keep us posted on Clinton's address, or vvhatever it is. I've read that Gingrich is proposing legislation to limit liability of solution providers like TPI. This is important, as Mighton pointed out, the liability section of a contract these days is several pages and it is just slovving don the process vvhen that is the last thing that is needed.

Robert--confirmation of your post--Just received e-mail from Information Technology Association of America confirming that Clinton and Gore vvill make major Y2k speech on Tuesday, July 14 at the National Academy of Sciences.

Topics are reported to include plans to introduce legislation to limit legal liability that is currently slovving the process, and the creation of a job bank for Y2k vvorkers at the Departement of Labor.

I'm surprised that Al "Mr. Technology" Gore vvill be present since he has been so absent on the issue, at least publicly.
