NEW TRYING TO BE INVESTOR:

I placed an order today at .44 3P.M. today called my discount broker who informed me that the order was not filled. Did I wait too lond in the day or was the volume too high or even though it closed at .40 did I bid too low? Any answers to my questions would be hoghly appreciated. Thanks, great thread.
