Ellen,I didn't question anything-I found where(as required by law) Alertline's disclaimer.There is a large difference in being paid in stock for promotion and being a contracted Public relations firm-being paid(cash) to attract Institutional investors and analyst coverage.
I believe Alertline-in it's post qualified themselves as Promoters
