Thread, pinch me is this really happening? Look at that VOL. I just love it when a stock smashes through to a new high with that kind of vol. This price rise is happening at the best of times too, with INTC and CPQ recovering. Greg

freeus - OT Most of my education was in private schools. These were not parochial or religious but the traditional east coast 'prep' school. My younger brother went to public schools. The private schools were much more powerful in promoting indoctrination into a view of the world where the 'old boy' network and 'the establishment' were sacred institutions. My brother came to a much more neutral (and rational) view on the social order. JMHO - social pressure all by itself can create inequities much greater than those promoted by the centralized support chuz is referring to.
