Beleive it is already established that the float is max 23 million. Several people jumped ship on this one, gave the MM's some fuel. Could be a good play again tomorrow, we shall see.

Daniel, I believe you hit the nail right on the head with your suggestion of MMs trying to keep the price down until they are finished accumulating. The last thing the MMs want to do is have the stock runup (due to consistent buying) without their FAT HOPR inventory to unload at the highs. Thanks for your input Daniel. At 14 years old, I was riding my skateboard and breaking bones, etc. Keep up the inquisitive mind, and try to minimize the slammage... GO HOPR! (and go go go MPTV)
