Let the news come ,, for I have seen the Capi's blue print,, seen the commercial store next door dug up for pipes and kitchen ,, tasted the food and seen Capi's own cooks make everything on premises from Italian sausages to bakery goods,, my old Birrito used to do 3/4 mill p/a ,, 5.99 per item ,,now Capi's owner and now dcgr employee tells me he is doing about 1.1 mill and will do 2 mill with added space,,
I met the old boss of CEO ,,who are professional closers.. and he has assembled a team of franchise sales guys,, met with DCGR franchise attorney ,,Jeff Kline,, who is ready to go with the franchise,, saw the Sabatinis,, who is doing close to 3 mill p/a,, also will be part of the Mulberry Street concept of New York style Deli ,, starting out in S. Florida area.. lease , 4 - 8,000 p/a ,,, say 50,000 for equipment ,, the total turn key will be say 150,000... my burrito place used to cost me 50,000 to open ,, and it is in New York city ,, which I opened 4 by the way ,, by my self ,, and later sold ,, part of that became California Burrito in New York city with 12 locations ,, my last one I gave it to my cook ,, since I was making more money in one day,, day trading than in a whole week ,, and kiss $@# of all yuppies for 5.99 ... I kept raising price to where my burritos came to 8.69 for a shrimp burrito ,, but they kept coming ,, once I had four schmucks from CitiBank who ate 38 dollars worth of food and left a 3 dollar tip on a credit card,, as they sat ,, I went over to their table ,, and said loudly ,, what kinbd of people are you ? You had never worked in your college days ? I have these young girls,, students,, musicians,,aspiring actors,, just poor Bronx minorities,, and you leave a 3 dollar tip ?.. the whole restaurant fell in to silence,, I said ,, never come back ,, don't need the business.... schmucks left ,, and that day ,, my wait staff had more tips than any other day ..
So DCGR with cigar sales fast approaching a million ,, and now a deal with Mac 10 ,, Mulberry franchise,, and soon skin and hair clinic.. with all the right people in place,, let's watch it ,,

In spite of my winnings ,, I wrote off 8,000 today on ADM July 20 calls and IMNR August 20 calls ,, all from frien's ideas,, You will never see me bitching ,, or mowaning,, I pulled the damm trigger,, so here,, if my 60,000 goes in to drain,, how low can it go ? to .12 ?
