Funny how the spread seemed to tighten up after some of the posts today. Check out Yoav's post #8974 today johnboy. I have spoken with two brokers today, both say it's all part of the game, at least under the SEC rules. These boys do what they want, if they get caught, they have to give the money back, and maybe pay a fine. All part of doing business? Have you checked out "Wells Submissions"? (re:TT and the May 22 release) I have had no time yet, but after reading Yoav's post I see that it talks about sending out "Well's Notices" to traders notifying them that they are about to be charged. i agree what the mm's have done is even brutal by 'pink' standards and the best part is that you know the sec has watched the trading on this like a hawk for the last week at least, and have apparently done zero to step in and save some unsuspecting investors of getting robbed. why would the mm's be bold enough to pull this nonsense for the last two days knowing full well the sec is watching them and why hasnt the sec stepped in to stop the pillaging. maybe its not illegal, i dont know because im not familiar with the 'pinks' but it certainly is highly unethical. there is a story here somewhere alright. all my opinion. best of luck to everyone here and the 12 dollars and 51st state cracks were in jest to help keep things light so please dont blacklist me from your thread just because my knowledge of gold mining is very limited, i found my way here by way of tip and i plan on being here for a long time. plus im learning a ton about gold and gold mining stocks from all of you. poet.
