Were you able to find any disclosure at all on PLR's website? I wasn't. Aren't they supposed to have one - describing any compensation - to be in compliance with the SEC?

Can you tell me how many OS there are and how many in the float? Also, as you comment elsewhere on # of shares traded accompanied by indications that you're knowledgeable as to the impact, maybe you can answer this question that went unanswered from your own thread here: From: Thomas Carr Thursday, Jul 9 1998 1:09PM ET Reply # of 2782 A number of big blocks just went through without much change in price.
