Were you able to find any disclosure at all on PLR's website? I wasn't.

Aren't they supposed to have one - describing any compensation - to be in compliance with the SEC?

Services contracted are services contracted. You said CADE was paying PLR with cash. How much? And why doesn't PLR have any disclosure on their web site?

Can you tell me how many OS there are and how many in the float? Also, as you comment elsewhere on # of shares traded accompanied by indications that you're knowledgeable as to the impact, maybe you can answer this question that went unanswered from your own thread here:

Also, If Ms. Cade sells several hundred thousand shares every year, isn't this a constant increase in the float?
