When I first opened the account, I also had trouble and remember telephoning them and they made an entry to activate it. Apparently, someone forgot to do so earlier. Maybe this also happened to you. I do not use MB Trading but another firm, instead. My firm and MB trading both uses Townsend Analytics. Assuming MB Trading has the recent version, you will find, using explorer, in the PARM sub folder of the Townsend Analytics folder (which can be found under Program Files folder) a group of files in the following format: "TRDSxxyy.csv" where xx=month and yy=day. "csv" stands for comma separated variables. (As an alternative you can also do a "FIND" and search for .csv to locate them if you think that is simpler) You must have Microsoft Excel loaded on your computer. If you click on the appropriate .csv file it will automatically open Excel and your trade details for that date will appear on your screen. You will only see shares and price for each execution - you will have to multiply it out yourself or create an EXCEL formula which will do it for you. These files are extremely important if there is a dispute with MB Trading as to the details of a trade.
