Well Bob if you can provide a current list of AMD's .35um equipment, I would
be happy to give you a detailed list of which equipment would need to
be replaced.

As a "reasonable" guess, I would say most likely that good candidates would
be contact etch, poly/trench etch, dielectric deposition, steppers --> scanners,
Ti seed layer deposition, ... AMD could have easily spent $100M+ to "re-tool"
the MegaFlop25 (tm PREngel).
