Pat,

This is pure speculation on my part, but I think the little price moves toward the end of the last couple of days is short covering, and perhaps a little speculation, based on Bullstroke's possible buyout scenario.

I have been very hesitant to buy until I see the Q2 numbers and listen to the conference call. I'm just not convinced Ancor management will sell if an offer has been placed on the table, and if they don't, things could be pretty ugly for a while. As others have discussed, at these prices, the conversions could add a lot of dilution, and the need for additional financing could add even more shares.

Craig

Patrick:

Do I remember that you are a practicing attorney? Does it strike you strange, as it does Craig and myself, that Ancor's lawyer would return a call to the company about the stock? As you mentioned , bullstroke said, in posting on a possible sale of the company on Yahoo, that the 13th to the 15th is a critical time period for the company. Think maybe that is related to Ancor's counsel returning calls from shareholders ?

Also, fwiw, Steve Snyder has been out of the office on business all week.
