First, let me note that 'suspension' rather than 'halt' is the proper term. I (along with many others) often use them interchangably even though I shouldn't. Second, 10 days is the limit under the statutory authority normally used by the SEC (so again the fact that the suspension was limited to 10 days is not a good sign.)
