Hi Ryan, I never said I was overjoyed by the repricing or that I thought they were doing everything right. What I offered in my post was both the potential positives and negatives of the announcement and the perspective required to see each side. Part of what I was suggesting was simply that repricing the warrants, whether it was Ron and his group or not, will potentially bode well for the company, in the event further placements are required in the future. There is NO doubt whatsoever that Ron's voice is heard louder than yours or mine. With regards to the cash issue, the suggestion was that taking down this deal (JV/Merger) had the potential to run into the $2M range. Even Taylor's $570K would take too long to accumulate to get this done in a timely manner. Therefor I would suggest that the potential for another $600K is not "peanuts". Let's hope we get some clarification shortly. I agree it can be frustrating, being promised regular updates and then having them go the way of the Dodo Bird. Salut, Leigh McBain
