Welcome to SI -- hope you stay onboard!

PLAB is not a 0.25 litho company, although they are counting on significant revenues from such masks in the future. If they are like DPMI, which I believe they are, quarter micron masks are still a small part of their business from a revenue standpoint(I'm just basing this on my DPMI CC notes). Mask supplier revenues seem to be driven by new design activity at any feature size and additional industry capacity coming online.

That being said, I agree the PLAB announcement was a probable drag on Cymer and other semi-equips today.
