I also own some of each of the triad.More so of the warrants for the same reason as Deb.I also agree with the reasoning of the W's not being a share. Howsomever as per the press release<<Mr. Fisher's unauthorized issuance of non-restricted Series A Preferred Stock (MIDLP) and Warrants (MIDLW) to himself and affiliates. >>>tells me that the issuance of fraudulent shares would have negatively affected to the greatest degree the P and W[cost/price].

Since I'm fairly new at this, there seems to me that there is a direct relationship between the "fraudulent" and the Warrants.In reality the dilution from the P and W may have kept the price lower than what it should have been and actually kept our paper losses to a lower level.
