Ok Daniel I will put my post here also. Good luck with your thread. Saw an interesting post about TXAG on the CW thread. Can anyone confirm this??? "Just arrived home to find the fax from my contacts at Westbury & Myerson in London. Pleased to announce that the TXAG acquisition has become a reality. Signed off this afternoon and release expected shortly. Conservative valuations are in the .3/8 range for TXAG at the outset. Acquistion terms clearly favor TXAG shareholders according to Dick Meirsel at W & M. I just faxed a request for release date and if company honors my request I will post immediately.
