ONSL, that's another one for the camel jockys. You should be able to recoup on that one by it's self. It's just another one I watch, but hesitate to jump.

Thursday July 9, 9:50 pm Eastern Time Softbank gets ETrade business licence for S.Korea TOKYO, July 10 (Reuters) - Japan's Softbank Corp (9984.T) said on Friday that it had obtained a licence to offer ETrade Group Inc's (EGRP - news) online investing service in South Korea. Softbank said in a statement that it signed a contract with ETrade of the United States on June 30, but did not disclose the value of the licence. A Softbank spokesman said that it was not immediately clear whether it would set up a joint venture with ETrade in South Korea. ETrade is due to provide technical assistance to Softbank in the South Korean operations, he said. No decision had been made on when Softbank would start offering the service, the spokesman said. Softbank and ETrade recently formed an online securities-trading joint venture in Japan. The venture is expected to start full operations in 1999, pending further deregulation in Japan's financial sector, such as the liberalisation of brokerage commission fees. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
