Sandy, Not to be considered a shill but I have bought more shares here. I also unfortunately have bought shares from $4.00 down so my opinion is for shi$ with regards to when to buy at the bottom. The Hunt problem is still there even though I hear rumors of institutions buying up a new vehicle that will give the company from $50-$75 million amnd that this will close within 10-15 days, the terms are where the devil is with this company. If we got a warrant offering then that would be one thing, if we get high yield junk that is another. To buy now is to buy on the come which always has it's advantages if you believe in the company. To believe in present managements capacity to handle future financing is tough. On the other hand there is the popular survival myth that GF has done what he has needed to do to practically take the company forward and we are in a better position then we were two years ago. You also need to evaluate the reality of the Asphalt business as the engine that can drive the company until they can optimize Kaz. These are the facts that you would have to digest and accept IMHO before you take your money out of your pocket. Shortterm: What will happen to the stock if this unspecified financing is placed and the Hunt uncertain, out of control, dilution is removed from the picture? Do we go up or down? If you are a cautious man you wait to find out what are the terms and buy after the retracement from the inevitable bounce, if you are not cautious buy now. DrRisk
