A snapshot on Kelly's:

52 Week High 4-30-98 .14
52 Week Low 12-5-97 .01
Current Price .05
Shares Outstanding 12,001,000
Formerly Known As: Great Earth Vitamin Group N/C Effective 5-3-94

Looks like ARET just picked up 720,000 shares of Kelly's...worth approximately $36,000.00. My interpretation of this deal and the Flexweight deal earlier this week is that they are exchanging Restricted Stock between each company to diversify each companies holdings. In other words, it does not appear as if ARET is buying these shares for cash but is simply exchanging some of their stock for other company stock. If that is the case, I think it is a Marketing strategy on the part of the company to look into other options in terms of expansion. In further reading up on Kelly's, I noticed they opened their first Retail Shop last July and the Incorporation of Berg Showcase is going to bring them $2 million in Revenue this year. Should any other opportunities arise in the future with regard to construction of further Coffee Shops, they may turn their attention to a company that holds 6% of their stock for a little help. This could turn out to be a strategic play for ARET...I like what I see and for under 2 cents, we continue to see exciting things that may play to our advantage down the road. Lets keep our fingers crossed.

i have a great idea... why dont all the shareholders sell the stock, and take the proceeds and give it to aret.

by that alone, they should have more than 800 dollars net earnings.

better yet, have all the employees of aret collect soda cans 40 hrs. a week for 1 year solid. I bet the earnings really skyrocket then. no overhead such as construction costs, legal fees, etc. etc.

to all of u aret gurus who think u have a clue, please tell me what the next venture will be.

WAIT! WAIT! I got it. I heard aret is hiring newspaper delivery boys and is now going into the paper delivery business!!!

Oh wait, they're buying out microsoft with the 800 dollars they have.

PLEEEEEZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

REMEMBER, I KNOW OF SOME NICE HIGH YIELD CORP BONDS THAT CAN DO A WHOLE LOT BETTER RETURN THAN THIS CRAP, AND THE CO. REALLY DOES EXIST, AND THE EARNINGS OF THE CO. R 5,000 TIMES GREATER THAN ARET'S
