I made a ton both ways as well. Appears you got your people in at the right time. However, I hope they managed their trades and sold at the right time too. Todays deal is just a software distribution agreement, does not include their CD's, so Netradio is not aided.

More important is the overhang of 16 Million. But, think of the implications of the CNBC leak by Mr. Kernan (sp?). The PP is going to feel betrayed by the company when they learn of the additional offering NAVR is planning. I've seen it happen too many times. The May PP is all registered to sell and their going to want to lock in their profits before the new stock hits the float.

A squeeze will be hard this early on with so much overhang. There is plenty of paper here. The average price of the preferred converted to commons is $2.70. These people are going to take their profits like anyone else. And it is too much cash to keep in paper. They'll sell, no doubt about it.

The Institutional buyers will not jump in because of the unknown weight of the new offering and how it will be structured. It will be the individual investors faced with a huge and growing professional short position. If the volume dies as it did in the late afternoon, the stock cannot hold up against it. And, we will not hear any new news from the company because they are in their "quiet" period.
