Thanks Suresha, I got a chance to hear the VTSS conference call. It is the first time I have had a chance to hear their conference call. Management seems like they are pretty straight forward and no nosense individuals. That is alway a positive for a company as that leads to better relationship with the analysts. It looks like VTSS is benefitting from the shift to silicon in place of firmware for networking equipment. The growth rates look good in that sector for VTSS. It looks like the slower traditional growth rates in the telecommunications industry are being reflected in VTSS sales for that sector. It looks like the street did not like the fact that they are capcity constrained to only accelerate growth at 1 percent per quarter for the next few quarters. That plus the increase in tax rate is a problem. Regards Harry
