<<I am not looking for supporters. The only thing I am interested in is the truth and nothing but the truth. I do not care for a second what anybody thinks of me>>

I do not believe that that is true, MR. F. Of course you care; and especially amongst your intellectual peers. It is our love of the truth that requires us to seek validation through the eyes and minds of our peers... (corroboration).

There are fascinating dynamics on the internet. I see gifted people being forced into groups that are disenfranchised--and outside of--the larger society (of the web).

I thought Murray's response to you was very worthy. It took a lot of thought and effort; and it very obviously was predicated upon the goals of truth and justice and of not being misunderstood...much as your posts are. I think you are both on the same side...if you will allow me my somewhat intrusive opinion.

Sometimes we that believe in rationality...well sometimes we feel compelled by this mission... to sacrifice ignorance. Unfortunately, ignorance is bound up in flesh and blood and passion and all the emotions... and when we sacrifice it...we sacrifice ourselves.

This post is very limited; it is not a thesis. Please do me the favor of filling in all the missing predicates, etc. with the TRUTH that I cannot at this time post .

I am perhaps foolish in believing that SI is far more than a feeble attempt at assisting ones stock picks. (it often does the opposite). I think that interactions such as this are valuable and productive. Both yourself and Murray have espoused qualities that I admire. It seems to me that the dynamics of the internet can promote real personal growth and change.

Well...I guess I'm a little tipsy. Ballard power is my long term stock pick, then. (look at it dropping and taking my money with it!)

Thanks for putting up with me...

SOLON

Aw, we still love ya, Mr F. And I confess that that particular temptation is often very very strong...

Murray can say what he likes about the "tenor" of your posts, but certainly at SGNC you've taken more than your share of invective and juvenile insult.

MForthright,

Thank you. Apology accepted and with good grace. Keep watching, but be careful not to do it with blinders on when viewing good stocks. Throwing the baby out with the bathwater has never been a good practice.

Murray

I am only motivated by doing what is right, and on SI that is to present an objective point of view. (copied from your post)
Mr. F. ....there is nothing wrong with that, it is how you seem to be so selective these days, and how it seems that you go out of your way to FIND that objective point of view, that pisses people off. You make a lot of unassociated (with hypsters) people who don't deserve it, miserable. How can you say you don't care what people think of you, after your past experience, are you nuts?
