Arron,

A couple of things...

1. If your broker is holding your stock certificates, then they should be keeping track of the splits and your account would have more than 2000 shares in it.

2. If you are holding the stock certificates or if you don't trust your broker's accounting, then I would suggest that you call the Investor Relations department at VLSI and ask them if they have split the stock since 1988. Their phone number is (408) 434-3100.

Best of luck finding out how many shares you own. 1988 was a long time ago. 2 months is a long time for me to hold a stock. LOL
