Have you ever had a position, short or long, in Vivus? Of course, everyone is welcome here, but it strikes me as a bit voyeuristic to just watch and never actually do the stock (or have it do you). Now, if people who just read a board are lurkers, what is somebody who lurks, never takes a position, and then posts--a flasher!

If you are so sure about yourself then I suggest you take a short position and let us know your entry level. Vivus is far from the grave as you think. Vivus is down but not out. As a mouse (as you put it) Vivus will survive just fine eating the crumbs dropped by the 800 pound gorilla. Don't forget that this is how mice survive.
