I am not saying for anyone to buy or sell. The SOR is July 14 and ex dividend date is to be set by NASD ... those with commons shares or Preferred are entitiled to the dividends of the trust after legal expenses and costs. No one knows how much the cash value there will be ... The legal mess is out of the way now and on its own. However those that sell their P or common before the exdividend is set my NASD I hope realize that they give up the dividend to whoever buys their stock. If they sell on July 15 and the exdividend has not been set you sell your right to the dividend also until the exdividend date. GB
