Bob, yes, it is probably due to an ESOP (employee stock ownership
program) where the company buys a few shares for each employee, based on his salary. [We had one at Big Blue. I got about 3-4 shares per
year, but it didn't last long]. Good thing Morgan never sold the
144,000 shares he filed for. The effect on the Street would have been negative. <g> He would have had to file another form [4?]
had he sold.
