Dan, you touched directly onto the subject that I thought would be of interest. If I knew the answers to your questions, I'd probably be on the line right now with family and friends, and you all, of course <g>, sharing the vision. But unfortunately... Anyone else have any opinions that could help Dan and me out here? Frank ps - it's been another looong day in the copper-silica mines, and my erstwhile mind-on-the-constitutionality-of-it-all is elsewhere. Maybe tomorrow... ZZZzzzzz
