Thanks. That's a good read.

Under the disclosures section, you'll note that they:

A) Did the underwriting (actually, Soloman and Merrill were lead underwriters, so these guys were co-underwriters)
c) Make a market (no strikes against them for that...).

However, their positive opinions are good.
