Yahoo today closed lower after blowout earnings and split announcement. Sometimes this is not a good sign for the stock price. I guess, too many people had insider information and all those news had been built into the price before earnings.
I think YHOO mgmt had it all on their mind when they announced 2:1, not 4:1 split. Don't want the stock price go too low if the price does drop.
Our day chart still looks to me as if someone keeps quietly accumulating the stock. I didn't notice any signs of churning.
Closing price doesn't mean too much on NASDAQ. MM can make up anything with the last 100 of shares .
Can't stay home at trading hours. Without it I don't feel general market mood.

Just MHO.
