Parkcrest chat: Here's what they say.
No more wildcats in alcavaran/miradores- PKC is happy with two hits and have refused HEC's request for another 3.5 mil for two more wells. (They're not thrilled with how Harken handled the Estero's)
Escondido contract will be announced soon. JV with Ecopetrol. 10 million dollar financing in place out of New York. (didn't ask how, line of credit or what- oops) Private placements from 1.10 to 1.80 all on board- current dilution is just over 13 million shares.
Still no word on 90 day testing of Estero or 3-d. Trucking begins July 19. PKC still paying for part of pipeline, and development of Estero and Canacabare wells. Loan to Harken will be paid off with financing from New York. Then they are off to chase the big one in the middle magdalena valley Escondido runs along the same fault as Emerald Mountain. Hope this helps. Will be away til Monday.
