I was in this last year before the merger because I believed in the management of Individual. In the end I took a considerable loss cause I got tired of seeing the decline. If I'd held then I would have happily cashed out ahead because of the internet frenzy .... but the fact remains that the input I got from the few posters of DTOP when they announced the merger was that the management there was pretty awful and something less than dynamic. Personally I have always felt that, at the end of the day, one is investing in the management - whatever the product. Sorry to intrude, but its food for thought on the next spike.
