Ms Binder
Thank you for your response. No,I was not looking for legal advice rather an interpretation of what was said.I was attempting to assign a dollar value to the whole picture. The press release mentions $600,000.
The phrase "attendant claims" from the excerpt from the release that I posted is what I was wondering about. Thought it may concern fraud relating to patent ownership.

Bottom line: I don't see a tremendous amount to be gained through this suit if in fact DF can cover the fraudulent shares through the market at these reduced prices. After legal expenses etc. there wouldn't appear to be much left from the trust to be dispersed amongst shareholders. It looks to be an exercise of Justice more so than much compensation to shareholders. Maybe I'm missing the bigger picture.

Just a guy that pounds nails for a living, trying to make sense of it all.

Again ,Thanks for your response. Mike
