VLAD: <<If I consider all of these factors I think that 7.00/share is a joke.>>

VLAD: Would you agree that you may be emotionally attached to VVUS and may not be objective in determining VVUS' true value? OK..I may be emotionally attached to one or more of my holdings as well.. But....here's a helpful quote from Gene Walden's book "100 Ways to Beat the Market" that applies to all stocks:

"The stock doesn't know you own it. It doesn't care about you, it has no emotional attachment to you, and it doesn't have any opinion one way or another about whether you hold or sell it. So, by all means, sell it. Kiss it goodbye. Get it out of the portfolio and put money into a stock that has more potential for growth."

One additional thought: In my opinion Leland Wilson is by far the most unimpressive CEO in Pharma. Everything that is happening in the ED market seems to be a big surprise to him including the correct pronunciation of Viagra. Do you think this is the person and management team that can lead VVUS back to profitability in a very complex and evolving market?

First of all shorts cannot make a stock go down. You have been wishfully thinking that a short can actually make a stock decline. Second institutions investing in VVUS would have to be lied to by VVUS mgt. VVUS has about 4 to 5 months of cash left to operate. If you do not believe me listen to the conference call 800-633-8284 passcode 4497351 available until july 16. Profit margin for intl. products is well below normal. Inventory has built up signifigantly. Negative cash flow..(I will wait and let you clean your tears) No sales, no earnings..........sounds like a great investment.
