KenH-Thanks for the input on QUST/QUSTW-Had a chance to review the
10-K, and it does verify the warrants are non-callable. You are correct about the pref stock-If you calculate fully diluted the
eps number was .47-I think it is still a worthwhile pick considering
the amount of time left, and that previous company heads have a vested
interest in seeing the share price increase. Plus the fact that they
are not overpaid. BTW did you notice that Mr. Polimeni is a director
of TMCI electronics.

Check out gle.wt.a on the Alberta. The company is extremely low p/e and low debt and has recently secured a $18 million three year contract with the US government in addition to their existing business manufacturing heaters and generators for the oil industry.

They issued three million shares and three million warrants to raise money for a new fuel cell they are developing. The technology looks really promising.

The warrants are trading around .35 and is exercisable at 1.05. The stock is at $1.22.
