DEC has been one of the worst managed companies for the last 10 years ... Just a little ahead of AMD. Now I'm beginning to understand why you like DEC so much ... Something about potential, right ?? BTW, 3000 tech support people are NOT a "Strategic Core Technical Competency ... This takes maybe one year of training. Make It So, Yousef
