To Allen, Idaho, Desvousgest, Stan, Warren, Mark, James, and others.
Seems like several "trial members" are joining into the PNLK thread commentary. This is my first venture into your group. I'm personally glad to see some of you coming with info about yourselves and the holdings. My 2 sons and I hold a little over 60,000. LONG. And by long, we don't consider next week or next month or next year LONG.
This PNLK is just an acorn and already it sounds as if some of you want to harvest your crop before you can see any true leaves.
My interest as an Attorney, and R.E. Broker with some merger and acquisition background is to observe the interests which other highly capitalized companies might display in PNLK. I can see that no immediate interest will generate until earnings per share are at a point which would not dilute their own corporate eps. (Long way to go!) However, a confirmed data base and viable operating internet will add immediate value to PNLK, and possibly create some outside corporate interest.
The current ratios of 7 million float, 14 million voluntarily restricted until Aug '99, and remaining 37% of total issued stock in unknown hands w/o restriction, will give pause for concern as to a true market value per share until earnings and contributed capital are better defined. While this may appear as a negative to short term players, the underlying value of PNLK from my vantage point appears in the value as perceived in the eyes of other major corporations.... not in the eyes of the few of us on this thread who are probably not collectivly controlling one million of the outstanding shares.
Looking forward to an interesting long-term association with all you PNLKrs.
