More thoughts on the 500,000 shares

Just my opinions.....

ITN/ES and RNTK are close......and they like each other's potential. RNTK may have a near term nice pop (if/when/if/when they get TX) followed by long term steady growth. ITN/ES/Global Solar is ONLY a long term growth opportunity. I see no chance of any near term major jump in its value. Would be happy to be proved wrong there.

ITN/ES got no dollars in this deal. They know RNTK may pop soon. It's conceivable they'd sell some RNTK after a pop but certainly not before.....they're not dumb. I think RNTK went to ITN/ES and asked to get into the previously-excluded Global Solar action. On the surface, it appears they got reasonably fair value for their stock. Only time will tell. If the CIS solar arrays at Global Solar pan out as hoped, it'll prove to be a great long term proposition.

But for the time being, the 500,000 share expenditure is almost a non-event other than 1.4% stock dilution and an unquantifiable indication of defocus on RNTK's part.

This is real thumb-twiddling time......
