All I just spoke to Ramiro 11:03 to 11:10am EDST. All revenue and profits were derived from lumber sales except for one small land sale of around $80,000. The "application of funding" language was a mystery to him. The saw mill in Peru is new to the Company this year. Myerson has not exercised their Warents. Madera has shipped about $1.8 in lumber between 3-31-98 and 6-31-98. This past quarter. I told him that some people thought "the application of funding meant that Madera had sold stock and claimed the proceeds as revenue and profit. He said that was ridicules and it would be illegal. He said he would look in to who worded the edger filing. He reiterated that the revenues came from lumber sales. John
