Q&A response for Mike Ramsey:

Mike, first we'd love to have you visit our office in Tulsa - come by and tell all these Silicon Investors that we have a real company!

To briefly answer your questions:

1. Retail/Home market for Ed. software: Yes, we have plans to reach the parents & children at home. We won't use traditional means (i.e. retail such as CompUSA, BestBuy, etc.) because the traditional failure of most new, small companies to the retail market. We have already completed a sizeable test market to reach the students at home and our plans during fiscal 1998, are to massively expand this area. In fact, we are talking with 2 local (albeit surprising!) partners to maximize this market - and you are right, it could dwarf other division sales once this ancillary market push hits its stride.

2. Leveraging distribution by geographic regions are being discussed/considered via the strategic partners (and others) mentioned above.

3. Leveraging existing products: this too, is already in discussions. Between marketing potential as outlined in (1) above, we are considering private-labeling certain products for distribution into markets which will not distract from our principle revenue sources.

4. Size of school market: Loosely paraphrasing, technology penetration into the school market is exactly 98% of all school districts have computers, and is expanding every day.
