I wonder who has been negotiating with the tobacco companies?

If it is the state attorney generals, will we not be in the same situation with the McCain bill? The tobacco companies cannot get immunity without the Federal Government passing legislation. I doubt that they will settle for less.

Does anyone have insight into this situation or is it just a rumor?

Good trading.

Dan

I don't think he needs to buy any MO. The dividends alone paid for this new house. Which will only used about 2 months a year. I will say this" his first name rhymes with (breaking air) and that is his personality, IMO."

No, he doesn't do much, more in the way of venture capital, I think?

Yeah, I bought a 1000 shares of MO, back when it was 41, about 2 months ago. Immediately plunged to 35. Should have bought more? I'm a believer in Mo's future, it is bright, IMO. If nothing else, it will be 70 in 2 years IMO. I can handle that?

Reason I bought was-expected this July they would do something in way of dividend, or maybe something better? I hope?
