The presentation Jim Crowe gave in NY he said the plan is broken down into 5 phases. Each phase is independent and designed to service debt without additional capital. They have the $ for the first 2 phases. I doubt we will see more shares offered anytime in the near future unless the stock price does a Yahoo, then why not.

I do not have the volume figures, but to calculate them you have to look at both the LVLT chart (April onward) and the KIWT chart (for the month of March). Without looking at the KIWT chart, the significance of the "around 70" level will not be visually apparent.

The 30 days prior to the reorganization covers a period at which many holders jumped in for the "inevitable surge forward" once LVLT was separated from the rest of KIWT.
