An Update: If that is what you want to call it:

I'm a new poster but long, long, time lurker. I won't bore you with the details of my history. It sounds pretty much the same as everyone else's. But just to prove that I have been around:

GOOOOOO! C$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$MA. Takes you back, like an old 1950's 45 doesn't it.

Anyway, the meat: I interrupted Mike's Wall Street Journal reading this AM to find out the hold-up du jour on the well. Seems the rig that is going to put in the cement plug is held up on another job for another company having its own problems, completely unrelated to CSMA. It was supposed to be at our Class V site three weeks ago last Monday... This, I am comfortable with saying, is beyond the control of CSMA. But being the penny-pincher, cheap-skate, free-month-trial-user, investor that I am, I proposed getting a free-bee from the rig company for the delay. Mike says cost was never an issue, so nix to that.

Finally, I tried to find out what other delays would be following the installation of the above plug to manage my own expectations(Because after all, we would be fools to think this is over just yet). Mike was difficult here. Kept thinking I was putting him and CSMA on trial, but he says that the state may inspect the installation of the plug as it is being done or following... Then dumping can begin.

I DON'T THINK SO... I've been down this road with him what must be at least 50 times and my experience tells me that although everything will materialize, we will hit some snag during this whole plug thing.

If anyone can affirm or refute the above please let me know.

Finally, I just wanted to make sure that the BUFF "asset swap" (this is the politically correct name according to MM)wasn't going to mandate another hold-up in the form of documents that have to be filed with the SEC regarding the well and the business strategy. I could just see that coming. But rejoice, the two are completely unrelated.

So that's it...
