I think we need a law that makes ALL mail pay the same rate. Bulk rate mail is offensive in that they get a discount. Sure I understand the business reason why it gets a discount for being presorted, but still....... We also need a law that says the CEO's home telephone number must be made public before his companies goods can be sold by telemarketers. Thus I can call him at home while he is eating and thank him (or her) personally for providing me with an offer to buy his goods. Y2K - It takes on the "Hale-Bop" effect at times so all should be aware that this is a normal psycological effect that humans are susceptible to.
